Where you’ll Serve
Guest Services and Hospitality
Welcome guests at the gates, answer questions, and help people find their way around the grounds. You're often the first impression of the festival.
Parking and Traffic
Help guests park safely and efficiently so the night starts smoothly for everyone. A high-energy, high-impact role before the gates even open.
Kids Zone
Assist with bounce houses, face painting, and activities in the Kids Zone. Great for volunteers who love working with families and children.
Merchandise
Staff the Rock the Pines merch table and help guests find their official festival gear.
What You Get
How to Apply
The application process is simple. Fill out the volunteer application, share your availability and any role preferences, and we'll be in touch with your assignment closer to the event.
Step by Step
1. Complete the online volunteer application
2. Share your availability, interests, and any role preferences
3. Look for a confirmation email — your application is in
4. Receive your role assignment and schedule approximately two weeks before the festival
5. Show up September 5th ready to serve
Good to Know

General volunteers: 16 and older
Volunteers under 18 require parental consent
Security and parking roles: 18 and older

Most volunteer shifts run approximately 4 to 5 hours. When you're not on shift, you're free to enjoy the festival with your complimentary admission.

Wear your official volunteer shirt on the day of the festival. Comfortable shoes are a must. September in East Texas is warm, so dress accordingly.
